Yesterday I filmed possibly one of the greatest speeches I've ever seen. Marc Lamont Hill delivered an incredibly powerful and comprehensive overview on the case of Mumia Abu-Jamal and the 42 year long effort to bring him home. We are on the precipice of bringing our aging elder home in light of new exculpatory evidence and we are demanding Judge Lucretia Clemons to do the right thing. During yesterday's program Mumia himself also called in from SCI Mahanoy, the state correctional facility where he is currently languishing. Hearing his voice address a packed church of family and supporters was captivating.
